Elevate Landscaping LLC (DBA Elevate Lighting) ("we," "us") provides residential holiday and Christmas lighting installation. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect. When you request a quote, book service, call, or text us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, property access details (such as gate codes), and notes about your job. When you pay an invoice, payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
How we use it. We use your information to give you quotes, schedule and perform installation and removal, communicate with you about your service, send invoices and receipts, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS). If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote, installation and removal appointments, crew arrival, property access, and invoices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our phone carrier), only to send messages you agreed to receive.
Phone calls. Calls to our business line may be forwarded to team members. If we can't answer, you may leave a voicemail, which is recorded and transcribed so we can call you back.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our phone/texting provider, payment processor, and scheduling software), and only as needed to provide our service, or when required by law.
Security and retention. We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us below. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
